We feel that the BOLD YOUR LISTING feature along with the Thumbnail Listing feature is the most powerful way to promote your listing with us.
What is a "Thumbnail
Listing"?
When visitors are searching through the listing database, the Thumbnail Listing will bring special attention to your vacation property. The default picture which you uploaded will be displayed next to your listing in the search results.
We feel that the Thumbnail Listing feature along with the BOLD YOUR LISTING feature is an even more powerful way to promote your listing with us.
What is a "Featured Listing"?
After conducting market research,
we found having a
Featured Listing is
very important to renting
your vacation listing. When
choosing the options
you want for your listing,
take time to read over our
new advanced bidding
system. This bidding system
will work with your vacation
listing and promote your
website on our featured
pages such as the front
page listing, state listing,
and region listing pages.
When choosing this option
you should notice a
high-volume of impressions
for your vacation listing and
hopefully inquiries as well. We
recommend combining our Featured
Listing system with the
bold your listing and
thumbnail your listing
features.
What happens to my
information?
The information we collect is private and never sold or provided to any third party companies. We pride ourselves in customer service and only use the information given to enhance your experience.
When contacting a Home Owner
for either an inquiry or
rental information you may
find that some home owners
will post their phone
numbers and email addresss
and others may not. We only
provide you with the phone
number because email addresses are not posted on our site.
To locate a rental, go to
our home page and click on
the state you would
like to visit. You may either browse the rentals or
select a specific location
to see property listings.
Listings are in specific
order. To view "Featured
Listings" look on the left
side of the page.
You do not have to be a
member or provide us with
any information to view
our vacation listings.
More specific searches, such as our Advanced Search
link, have been provided to narrow down search results.
If you are interested in
finding a vacation listing
"For Sale"
click the link
Vacations4Sale at the top
menu. There you can
view all listings that are
for sale by state/regions.
How do I inquire about a vacation listing?
To inquire about a vacation
listing, you do not have to
be a member. Simply click "Email Owner" to send a message. If provided a phone number should also be located on the listing page.
How do I leave feedback?
To leave feedback on a vacation listing, go to the listing page and click the "Leave Feedback" logo. Simply submit feedback and it will be posted once reviewed and accepted by the listing owner.
How do I check the availability of a listing?
To check the availability of
a vacation listing, simply
view the current month
calendar on the listing page
or click the Detailed
Calendar link to see the outlook for the next 18
months if you are interested
in checking the availability
a year from now or more.
How do I view photos?
If you are interested in
viewing more images of a
Vacation Listing, check out
their Photo Gallery, and
click on a thumbnail to view a larger photo. if you are interested in looking at an even larger size, click the image again to view the largest image, if provided by the owner.
