In order to certify a listing, VLBO requires one of the following:

• Copy of Driver's License of the vacation home owner

• Copy of deed to the vacation property

• Copy of Business License (if applicable)

• Valid phone number for contacting vacation home owner's bank representative

VLBO requires the listed information above only to offer peace of mind to renters as internet fraud has reached a high.
