The entertainment area is complemented with a stainless steel BBQ and ample seating--a wonderful place to wind down from a busy day.

Upon arrival you will have a myriad of activities to choose from, being located in the extremely convenient Westwood Gardens neighborhood. There is a great neighborhood park and recreation center along with a new Public Library just 3 blocks away. The Rancho Park Golf Course--site of past PGA and Senior PGA tournaments--is less than one mile from Villa Westwood Gardens. A park and country club are a mile away as well.

You can be on either the 405 or the Freeways within two minutes of walking out your front door. With miles of white sand beaches just 4 miles from your doorstep you can enjoy a wealth of summertime activities. There are over a half dozen great golf courses and over a dozen recreation parks with a 10 minute drive. It is also just 2.5 miles south of the UCLA campus.
