This is an awesome ocean front condo that sleeps six! You can enjoy great ocean views as well as be right there to play on the beach as much as you'd like. The interior is vibrant and cheery to make your moods high during your stay.

The bedrooms are on the second floor with kitchen and living room areas on the main floor. The second floor living areas overlook unobstructed views of the swimming pool and beach. There is a surround sound theater system, 42-inch plasma TV, granite counters and tile throughout, as well as top appliances, full washer and dryer and nice furnishings. There is a king size bed in master bedroom with a pillow-top mattresses. All bedrooms have a TV.

This condo is three units away from Cocoa Beach Pier which boasts fine restaurants, night clubs and shops. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is only two blocks away. The gorgeous balcony offers a full ocean view.

All water sports are available on the beach as well as surf lessons and rentals. The condo is also located close to the Kennedy Space Center; you can see space shuttle launches from the balcony. Port Canaveral (carnival cruise, Disney cruise and other major cruise lines) is just 10 minutes away. Antique and boutique shopping in old town cocoa beach. golf and horseback riding nearby. Only 25 minutes east of Walt Disney World.
