There are privacy doors off hallway and kitchen. The beautifully appointed dining room has seating for 5. The kitchen has all updated appliances, hardwood floors and corian counter tops. There is a breakfast table for four that looks out to the golf course. The first bedroom has a queen bed, armoire with TV, private bath with tub/ shower combo, and walk in closet. The second bedroom is located 12 steps up from the laundry room and has two fulls beds, armoire with TV, and private bath with a tub/shower combo. The master suite has a chair with ottoman, armoire with TV, walk in closet, and large private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The relaxing deck has a propane grill and can be accessed from the living room and den. There is a table with umbrella and 4 chairs, plus two lounge chairs for sunning. The pool is oval and located in the back of the home. The pool gets plenty of sun while guests look out to the golf course. This home is located near the ocean and is very close to a golf course.

Hilton Head island is a great place to enjoy the beach, golf and tennis. Hilton Head has 14 miles of beautiful beaches, two dozen golf courses (on the island or nearby), hundreds of tennis courts, and about 200 restaurants.
