The large fully equipped kitchen has a bar area for three and breakfast table for six. The kitchen provides a pool/lagoon view sitting area with a sofa, two chairs, TV, VCR, and DVD player. A door leads to a screen porch with an eating table for six and access to the back deck. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a half bath. A second half bath is also on the first floor in the hall off the kitchen. The dining room seats up to nine. The first bedroom has a king bed, chair, TV/DVD player, and door to the back porch. A private bathroom has a shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two double beds, TV/DVD player, and shares a bathroom (tub/shower combination) with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV/DVD player, and shares a bath with second bedroom. Six steps lead to the playroom with a sofa, two chairs, TV, VCR, DVD player, and a desk. Another twelve steps lead to the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Two steps lead up to the fifth bedroom with a king bed, chair, TV, VCR, DVD player and shares a bathroom with the sixth bedroom (has a tub and shower combination). The sixth bedroom has a king bed, chair, TV, VCR, and DVD player. The expansive back deck has a dining table for six, for outside dining. Ten steps lead down to the large pool, four lounge chairs, two chairs, and wonderful lagoon views! A play set is provided for added enjoyment.
