Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai / sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.

The living room has new furniture and floor coverings, also the high vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. Large flat screen TV and DVD player, IPOD dock.
