This is one of three very well maintained beach houses we own in the Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes.Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath raised beach house on stilts is a short walk 100 steps to the beach is located in "Ocean Lakes ", which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the East coast.

With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront,it features eight fresh water lakes,a recreaction center with supervised activities for children such as day camps,fire engine rides,playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool and outdoor Olympic size pool with three kiddie pools including the popular Splash Zone.,golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games,a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf,Golf Privileges at Prestwick and a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.

Our house is located on site 1159 in the very popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes which is closest to the ocean in Ocean Lakes and a 2 minute walk to the ocean .Don't be fooled by others that don't list their site number as they are farther back in the park and you would have to rent a golf cart to go to the Ocean and you might be next to highway 17 business.

It is a one-story raised beach house that has a large tree shaded deck that spans the entire length of the house. The living room, dining room and kitchen has an open floor plan design with a vaulted ceiling. The sofa bed in the living room is a sleeper that converts to a full bed.There is a 27 inch television with a DVD player located in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave mounted above the stove. There is a washer and dryer located off the main hallway. This unit will sleep 9 people total. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 1 has a Master Bath located off the bedroom and also has a outside door to the deck. The 2nd Queen bedroom has a 20 inch color television in it with dvd player. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed combo in it that has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is covered parking located below the house.There is also an outdoor shower and barbecue.
All you have to do is bring your linens and paper products.If you don't want to carry sheets and towels I can provide them for a additional $35.00.Cleaning products are provided to for you to clean at departure or a cleaning service is available at a additional charge of $75.00.I also have a Graco pack and play and highchair available if needed. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles and you must be 25 years of age to rent this house.Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $3.00 per day for parking pass.

All summer weeks are weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

A $400 deposit is required for booking if you would have to cancel and I am able re-rent the unit then all your money would be returned except for a $50 administration fee.
