This recently redecorated unit is well located in a complex adjacent to the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. The complex has on-site lighted tennis courts, swimming pools, and hot pools with jets. A supermarket and restaurant are a short five to ten minute walk (two or three blocks).

This condo is light and bright, with the advantage of an extra window because it is an end-unit. It is on the second floor, and has a balcony with table, chairs, and grass outdoor carpet. The balcony has a view to the pool, plus the benefit of not being in front of the pool, so it is quiet. The private full-size washing machine and full-size dryer are located in the storage area off the balcony.

The bedroom is relaxing and inviting with a luxurious new pillow-top Sealy Posturepedic California King-size bed. In addition, the bedroom has a full wall of mirrored wardrobe closets with shelf-storage inside, an etagere filled with interesting books and magazines, plus a large window.

The living room has two swivel chairs and a large comfortable couch. The attached alcove/den has a desk, chair, and another couch that folds out to a double bed. The adjacent dining area has a glass and chrome table with four chrome/wicker chairs

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a window, utensils, coffeemaker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster-oven, and a refrigerator-freezer.
