The lake house is directly on the water. There is ample level parking right to front door. Max three cars. There are three private bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All bedding and linens are included. The master bedroom has a tv, and it's own private balcony overlooking the lake. Cable tv,dvd,vcr are provided. Spacious kitchen and living room.
Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils,silverware and dishes to serve 8 coffeemaker,microwave,and toaster. The stove is a jennair. Off the kitchen there is a large deck with patio table and chairs, a wonderful place to watch the sunset,and the many humming birds at thier evening meal.There is also a 5 person hot tub on this deck, a good place to relax and watch the boats idle by, from this deck it is only 5 steps down to a 24x10 boat dock and fish cleaning station.
There is also a large swim platform with a ladder,table,chairs and lounge chairs to sun bath,read a book or just enjoy being at the waters edge. The dock has been baited with brush all around.There is also a gas and charcoal grill provided. This lake house is truly a great place for families, and fishermen. Please bring life jackets,beach towels,sunscreens and water toy's.

There is no refund for early departures.If you find it necessary to cancel a 10 day notice is required less than 10 days could result in the loss of some or all of your rental deposit.The rental money paid in advance will be refunded if we are able to find replacement renters for your scheduled dates.The $375.00 security deposit will be refunded regardless of when you cancel. Within 15 days after your stay , we will refund the $375.00 security deposit.(Less the cost of any extra cleaning and/or property damage)It is also agreed the renter will not sub-let to anyone. |
