The large kitchen opens into the small seating area with breakfast table. The living room, off the kitchen, is spacious and welcoming. The sliding glass door in the living area gains you access to the large deck area with the oceanfront pool beyond.

The master bedroom, located off the living room, is furnished with a king size bed, a television and access to the deck through French doors. The private master bath has a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower.

Also on the main floor, is a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a half bath on this floor and one of the 2 laundry rooms.

The second level has 4 bedrooms, all with private baths, the second living space and the second laundry room. Also on this floor you can enjoy a sitting deck area with views over the private pool with "baby pool" to the ocean.

The second master bedroom, with a king size bed, enjoys a great ocean view .Two other bedrooms on this level also enjoy ocean views. The first has a queen size bed and the second has two double beds. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.

The top floor has the last 2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed and a twin bed. They have access to a shared bath and both enjoy ocean views.

But that's not all, for the kid in all of us above the garage you will find a "Play Room." This room is complete with a pool table, a foosball table, a big screen television with a VCR, a wet bar and game table. And on top of all this - Playstation 2 for the kids!
