Perfect for families - with 3 comfortably furnished Master bedrooms - all with private deck access, private baths, TV/VCRs, clock radios, telephones and cedar lined closets. Two other bedrooms are great for the kids - one with 2 sets of bunks, TV/VCR, Playstation and private hall bath, and one with a duo-bunk, a twin bed, private hall bath and TV/VCR. There is also a mid level sitting area with desk with dial up internet access (bring the laptop!) and private sitting area for quiet time.

The large great room offers deck access with ocean views, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 14 guests, and the Master bedroom with private bath, TV/VCR, clock radio, telephone, and private deck access. There is also a mid level powder room for all to share.

After a day at the beach, be sure to take advantage of your private oasis away from the crowds (See picture!). Mix your favorite frozen drink in the poolside cabana, crank up the stereo and RELAX!! No neighbors to see you play in the pool and hot tub.

Enjoy all of the amenities in the Monteray Shores community, including the community pool and kiddie pool with organized activities, WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS at the clubhouse, the fitness center, pool table and arcade room, soundside dock and crabbing pier, basketball courts, tennis courts, kayak and bike rental, and a large playground. 2 miles of jogging/walking trails are located behind the house - or stroll to the movies, restaurants, shops, grocery store, go karts - all within walking distance.
