New owners host this spectacular home away from home. You will find top of the line comfort and luxury in this three bedroom + den, three and a half bath duplex. We have new towels and linens throughout. Our gourmet kitchen with granite is fully stocked with a variety of cookware, new dinnerware, utensils, serving pieces, platters and spices. We have everything you would need for both a quiet meal and a Holiday feast.

Beautiful views, private hot tub, radiant floor heating, steam shower, a large gourmet kitchen and Direct TV in five rooms are just some of the amenities offered in our Gold King home. With this open floor plan everyone can gather together at the end of the day in front of the gas rock fireplace. Our home currently sleeps 14 in beds, and up to 16 with the use of a pullout sofa. Gold King has parking for three cars including one in the garage.

Our Main floor also houses the living room and entertainment center stocked with Direct TV w/DVR recorder, stereo, and a selection of DVD's, CD's, books and games, dining and counter areas, sleeper sofa, a new leather sofa, 2 new leather chairs, a half bathroom, a double-sided gas rock fireplace, well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, rear deck with BBQ and hot tub, front deck with ski mountain view.

Ski down the street and right to the lifts, then at the end of the day take the trail for Peak 10 and head for home.

Complete comfort and convenience is our goal and preference when staying in Breckenridge. This is our home away from home.
