The top half is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and the lower is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a fireplace. Both have glass all across the front and tremendous views! There is a shared yard right on the beach.
The property is located in a very desirable area of Laguna Beach on one of the best beaches in town. Off street parking, laundry, BBQ, fully equipped for your stay.
