The Anza Suite (sleeps 2-4 people)(US$100 - $175/night) about 525 sf or 47 sq. mtrs., is located near the Geary Blvd. / 20th Avenue corridor, known as the Richmond / Seacliff District (northwest section) of San Francisco.

It is a 10 -30 minute walk to Baker and Ocean Beaches, Golden Gate Bridge, the Presidio, Golden Gate Park / de Young Museum, Japanese Tea Garden, and New Chinatown.

The location is well served by City amenities and public transit: MUNI's 31 and 38 buses; 1-3 blocks to bars, banks, buses, wi-fi cafes, ethnic food restaurants, post office, recreational facilities, grocery and neighborhood shops.

The apartment consists of a living room with hardwood floors, a day bed, a full size futon and a color TV. There is wetbar type kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, and sink) with a table for four for light meals. The bedroom has a queen bed with a small color TV, closet, nightstand, and dresser; a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi jetted bathtub. Common washer/dryer for the building.

The unit is on the ground floor with 1-3 stairs overlooking the garden and patio area with flowers and fruit trees. No elevator or handicap access. No pets or smoking are allowed in the guest unit or premises.

Parking is free in the neighborhood's public streets. (see posted signs in the area)

Nightly rates: $100 - $125 (1-2 persons) and $150 - $175 (3-4 persons).

Advance Reservations are required. Cleaning Fees of $75 - $100. Cancellations Fees Applied. No refunds on shortened stays or early departures.

All Rates Are Subject To Change unless confirmed in writing. Minimum stays of three (3) nights and four (4) nights for holiday weekends.
