Summit County is truly the location for year round entertainment. You are minutes away from eight world class alpine ski resorts. After a day of skiing, the local villages are bursting with evening activities from dancing the night away to live music to quiet evenings at a patio bar along beautiful mountain streams.

Your other option is to retire back to your condo to enjoy the association facilities which host a sauna, pool, steam room, racquetball court and three out door hot tubs.

The endless love of skiing brought us to Colorado, but the fantastic spring and summer won us over! This unit sits at the base of Peak 1. With the Summit County bike trail system only a few hundred feet away from your back door, you can spend endless days exploring what Colorado has to offer.

While biking and hiking are our fancy, we have enjoyed afternoons fishing and boating on Lake Dillon, fireworks on the 4th of July, and numerous outdoor concerts and festivals.
