We are a top-floor condo unit on beach-side property (no crossing streets). Only barrier that separates us from the beach is a scenic marshland (approx. 5-min. walk). Access beach via private, 300-yd. boardwalk OR take the shuttle that runs hourly. Full-service cabana on the beach w/bathrooms (open during summer season). 2 outdoor swimming pools, convenience store on site, indoor walking track, an indoor pool, fitness exercise area, sauna, indoor hot tub, FREE tennis.
