Our affordable, two bedroom villas were completely remodeled, and have everything you could want in a vacation retreat on the ocean with family and friends. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it near our beachfront villas: golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, outlet shopping, parasailing, jet-skis, historic attractions, bike trails, fishing, etc.!
Hilton Head Resort is located oceanside between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, right next door to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course! There are lagoons, a private tidal marsh, and private 400 yard boardwalk to the ocean where you can enjoy the day on the beach or at the resort's private beach cabana bar and grille "Coco's On The Beach" enjoying your favorite food and drink, and listening to music until midnight in season! Coco's is open Spring through late Fall. You may never want to leave because this resort offers free unlimited use of the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor joggin trail, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, and private beach access. WI-FI access at Coco's and the pools.

Our villas were remodeled from top to bottom with all new carpet, flooring, paint, appliances, furniture, and decorations!

We equipped our villas with everything you could possibly need during your stay: TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo system, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, Blender, blow dryer, iron & Ironing board, towels, linens, family games, etc. We even have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach buggy in each villa for you to take to down to the ocean. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!!

DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, CHECK IN TIME ON SATURDAY IS 4:00 PM, AND CHECK OUT TIME THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY IS 10:00 AM. YOU MAY ENTER THE RESORT AT ANY TIME ON ARRIVAL DAY AND USE ALL THE AMENITIES, BUT YOU CANNOT ENTER THE VILLA UNTIL 4:00 PM. DURING THE OFF SEASON, OUR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES ARE MORE FLEXIBLE. |

CANCELLATION |

A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival day will forfeit their entire deposit. |

DEPOSITS |
|
|
$200.00 is due immediately with a signed copy of the rental contract to hold the villa, and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Parking passes and guest check-in information will be emailed after your complete payment is received. |

OTHER FEES / TAXES |
|
|
The one time cleaning fee of $75,00 includes a one-time linen & towel setup, a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. There is no daily maid service. There will be an extra set of sheets & pillow cases in a bag in the living room that are for use with the sleeper sofa or hideaway bed, depending on which villa you rent. While linens & bath towels are supplied, you must bring your own beach/pool towels. The towels and linens provided by the cleaning company may not be removed from the villa or taken to the pools or the beach. INCLUSIVE FEES – Amenity fees are included. There is no extra charge for use of the resort’s amenities. (I.E. pools, tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, nautilus equipment, indoor running track, beachside cabana bar, beach volleyball etc.) You must bring your own tennis balls and rackets, or you can rent them from the deli by the pool.
