This three bedroom vacation pool/spa home is located in one of the closest subdivisions just south of the Disney complex.
This house was built in 1991 but has been remodled and is very well kept up. At this rental you will have your own privated pool/spa. Both of these are heated with an electric heater that cuts down the cost for our guests compared to a gas heater.
The house comes fully-equipped and is beautifully decorated as a florida home. It's located just 3-4 miles from Disney. One advantage you will have is that the owners/managers work for the Walt Disney Co. In turn they will help you with any of your itinerary needs and discounted Disney tickets as well as Sea World. Other Discounted park tickets are available to you through our guest relations person that comes right to the house to sell you tickets.
This single story home has an open great room with vaulted ceilings, huge master bedroom with a king size bed, plus twin beds in the second and third bedrooms. A sofa bed in the great room, and all connecting to your own heated pool/spa!
For your convenience, we offer a "welcome packet" that is, for a small fee (10.00) plus the cost of the grocery bill we will have all your essential foods at the house before you arrive. This is helpful when you will be arriving on late flights.
