Vacation Rental Description
Small one level house with 3 bedrooms. One with queen bed, one with
full bed and room with a twin bed. It also has a
sunroom/foyer with futon bed.
Outside shower with hot/cold water. Great for cleaning off Sandy kids or pets from beach.
The yard is totally fenced enclosed.
It has a driveway, garage and full basement. The yard has a patio
set with umbrella & 4 patio chairs, an extra patio table & 4 lawn
chairs, lounge chair and a beach umbrella. There is also a
charcoal BBQ grill.
It is also across the steet from a great playground and public library.

Electric Stove, Large Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker,Toaster,
Blender, Electric Hand Mixer, Crock Pot,Toaster Oven, Washer and
Dryer. Air Condtioner, 3 ceiling fans and 2 large stand-up fans. All
rooms fully furnished; includes bed and bath linens;
complete kitchen accessories and everything and anything else you
could need.(i.e.vaccum, iron and ironing board, sewing kit, videos,
DVD's, paperback books and more!) Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64
with lots of games. 2 TV's with Cable & DVD Players in living room &
bedroom. Sunroom TV with VCR player and for Nintendo gaming. Stereo
Radio/CD player Boom Box with speakers. Stereo Tuner and 5 Disc CD
Player with speakers in livingroom. Phone with free local calls. All
you would need to bring is your clothes!
Vacation Rental Rates
Available for Summer rental May, June, July, August.
