For a full refund of your deposit a 60 day notice of cancellation is required; if cancelled later the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Deposits are non-refundable during holidays and the Sturgis Rally. All reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new reservation time. |

Peak season rate is for an occupancy of six and off season rate is for an occupancy of two. There is a $20.00 fee per person for additonal occupancy.
