Having stayed in many rentals ourselves, we know what makes a vacation house a home, so our condo is stocked with all the necessities. You'll find clean new appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, flat-top stove, microwave, blender... we even remembered the corkscrew and hotpads.
Grill up lunch or dinner on the poolside barbeque pit and then gather your family and friends around our six-person dining table, with additional seating for two on the barstools.
Our living room features leather furniture and a big screen TV with DVD/CD and digital satellite. Each bedroom also has its own TV with DVD/CD and independent satellite receivers to keep everyone happy.
This spacious condo is the perfect place for several couples, or the entire family, including grandma and grandpa. Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom features a queen and twin. Two more guests fit comfortably on the queen-size sofa sleeper.
Additional amenities include towels, bedding, exclusive washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, coffee maker, playpen, stroller and more.
There is something for everyone on South Padre! In addition to soaking up the beautiful weather on the beach or by the pool, you can enjoy fishing, swimming and boating in Laguna Madre, surfing or horseback riding in the Gulf, bike riding, golf and much more! There's even the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort, with fun for the whole family, including a swim-up bar for the adults and wild rides for the kids.
And if you'd like to visit Mexico, it's a very short drive away. Just bring your passport or birth certificate and state ID and make a day of it.
The only thing that will hold you back from all these fun activities is your desire to spend more time enjoying your home away from home -- this fabulously comfortable condo!

This condo was immaculately clean. It had everything you could require, wonderful huge television, (also TVs in bedrooms), every kitchen utensil was new and clean. We had our laptop with us, and we had internet in the condo.
The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, which meant we didnt have to worry about where to park and how much to pay. This condo was great value for money. I cannot recommend this highly enough. If you are wanting a family break like we did, this is where to spend it.
The owners were even considerate enough to leave toys for the beach. We felt well looked after. |

I rented the condo in April. Me and 5 other guys needed a comfortable place to stay because we were going to be working in Los Fresnos for 8 days. I contacted Curt Maier and he and his wife were more then accomodating, and hooked us up with there great condo. It was quiet and peacefull, and only took about 2 minutes tops to walk down to the beach which was a plus after you work 12 hour days. One of the guys brought his wife and she cooked and kept up the housework and laundry and said that every thing she needed as far as utensils were right there. She said she would definately take her family back there again. We absolute enjoyed our time at the condo even if we did have to work, Thanks Curt and Renee' you treated us very well. Look forward to doing business with you again. |
