Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to rent it to other guests. If we do, we will refund your deposit.
On canellations received 30 days or more before expected arrival 25% of total rental fee required. On reservations cancelled 29 days or less from expected arrival, 50% cancellation penalty. On reservations cancelled 14 days before arrival, all deposits forfeit. |
