Bring your family to our spacious penthouse suite located on the banks of the Pemi River in the lodge at Lincoln Station. Just 1.5 miles off Rt. 93 and 1 mile from Loon Mountain, you are conveniently located on the Kancamagus Hwy, your gateway to the Franconia Notch area in the beautiful White Mountains. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Our family friendly condo is situated in the center of the complex, conveniently located near the elevator. We have provided you with all the comforts of home. This condo has 1 private bedroom and a spacious loft. There is 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 set of bunk beds, 1 sleep sofa and 2 futons. All linens and towels are provided. There is one bathroom, however there are facilities near the pool with showers, toilets and a sauna. Smoking or pets are never allowed.
Amenities in the unit are: jacuzzi tub, 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, 2 DVD players, game system with several games, assorted board games, Legos, assorted VHS tapes (for a rainy day), and two air-conditioners. The Pemi River is right outside the back door with stairs leading to it. Facility has: Heated indoor pool(in the same building) and hot tub, sauna, outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball nets, video game rooms, billiards room, ping-pong room, laundry facilities, spacious and inviting great room (great for relaxing and playing cards), family barbeque/picnic area and large sundeck overlooking the river.
