Our condo is virtually new and is maintained and cleaned by the best Management Team on the Island! Our 1,200 square foot condo is ready for you. It is a fully loaded and professionally designed unit that sleeps 6-7 people.
The Master Bedroom is an Executive Suite with a King Size Bed, sitting area, and a beautiful desk for your laptop computer. And of course, WI-FI is available. This is your vacation place: From the 51" HDTV in the living room, to the Master Bedroom Suite, and the guest room, (each with TV/DVD and Play Station 2)--it has everything.
Plus, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, and beautiful granite counter tops.
The 10' ceiling with crown mold is striking and the dental mold on the cabinetry shows our concern for all of the details. Just ask those whom have stayed with us before--our condos are exceptionally clean and have all you need for a stress free vacation on SPI.
Our 4 unit Condo Complex has it's own private pool, but the beach is only a short three minute walk away!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The location was wonderful for everything. Just a perfect very short walk to the beach and near great restaurants. The condo was beautiful inside and very very clean! I highly recommend you stay at this condo. It was A++++++++++ |

Everything about this condo was perfect...The location was great, and everything was in perfect condition!! This has been one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. I definetly reccommend this place to anyone and everyone. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed plus more!! I highly recommend Brad and Beth's condominium. They have stocked the place with brand new furniture and appliances, not to mention the huge HDTV. It is also located on a nice and safe street where everything you need is just a short walk away. Again, I can't say enough about the quality of this condo and the calibur of people the Riley's are. It was wonderful doing business with them and I truly enjoyed my first visit to Padre Island. |

We stayed at your condo during the last week of June. This was our first time vacationing with all three of our children (the youngest is just about 1 yr old). The management team and owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the luxuries of home during our stay. The condo is tastefully decorated, easy to clean, giving a very relaxing appeal when we would come "home" after being out all day. The area was safe for evening walks- the cinema, ice cream parlor, playground, and of course the beach, were all within a short walk. I would rent from Mr. and Mrs. Riley again and again. |
