The three levels give the renter many options for accommodations. The top level has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a loft with a queen-size futon. The bottom level has a large bedroom with twin bed, a full-size bathroom, a bunkroom (two beds), and a laundry room. Walk-out to deck and grassy area from lower level. The middle level has the foyer, kitchen, dining area, and a good-size living room. The living rooms in the end units are wider than the middle units. There is a fireplace in the living room and some firewood is provided.

The Sports Club offers two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, a pond for swimming and fishing, another pond for skating, locker facilities, an outdoor basketball court, four tennis courts, volleyball, children's playground, paddleboats, an inside jacuzzi, an outside jacuzzi, a sauna, and onsite food service at various times.

With easy access to a major highway, it's a 20-30 minute drive to Waterville, Loon, Tenney, and Cannon Ski Areas. It's 15-20 minutes to Plymouth or Lincoln/Woodstock.
