Casa Linda is beautiful, private, residential home located in Playacar Phase 1 of Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Linda has jsut been updated with lots of new furnishings and bedding to add to your comfort.
This tropical home is at the end of a quiet street - opposite a beautiful Mayan ruin. It's just a one-minute stroll to the white sandy beaches. And it's within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants, a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, and an 18-hole championship golf course. The double lot allows for a large yard with extensive gardens surrounding a beautiful pool and an out door BBQ pit.

The first level of Casa Linda consists of a large family room and dining area decorated in white wicker and Caribbean blue cushions. Open the windows and it is filled with the ocean breeze. There is a small but complete kitchen for snacks, lunch and an extra coffee maker, blender for those pool side drinks, and a microwave as well as a full sized refrigerator and stove top. There is a second laundry room as well. Then there is the first bedroom, with twin beds that can be made up as a king and a private bath. This could all be used as a suite for grandparents or as a get away for one couple if there is a large group.

There is also a special “pool” room with an outside entrance with a full bathroom for showering after the beach and a great place to store all those floaties. Stacks of colorful beach towels and beach chairs are right there.

The second level of Casa Linda consists of a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, a half bath, and a living room with a satellite TV with VCR and stereo. There is a selection of videos, books, and games for your entertainment. Also on this level you'll find two large terraces from which you can view the ocean or the private swimming pool and gardens.

The third level consists of the master suite with a king-size bed, sitting area, and a small terrace, and a private bath with a tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are on the third level. One bedroom has two twin-size beds which can be made up as a king, a private bath, and a terrace with an ocean view. The fourth bedroom has private entrance ,a queen-size bed, a private bath, and 2 terraces with breathtaking ocean views. This room can be blocked off so that Casa Linda can be rented as a 3 bedroom at a reduced rate. All of these bedrooms are Air conditioned.

On the fourth level there is both an open and a covered rooftop terrace, with gorgeous panoramic views of Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean.

It is everyone’s favorite place. The maid comes in 4 times a week to keep the house clean and tidy. Our property manager will come by to check on you often to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay at Casa Linda. we'll be happy to answer any questions you might have, as well as offer suggestions for activities or restaurant recommendations.

There is so much to enjoy around Playa del Carmen. You'll be close to the eco-parks in the area, several of Mexico's famous archaeological sites, the ferry to Cozumel, and shopping and restaurants.
