The North Georgia Mountains offer you not only the beauty and tranquility of a special place but back-to-nature activities such as hiking, whitewater rafting, conoeing and horseback riding. No matter what activity you decide rest assured that you'll experience the natural beauty that only the North Georgia Mountains can offer.

"Mountain Joy" will add to this wonderful experience when you spend a relaxing time in this three bedroom, two bath log cabin. Take some time and relax in the hot tub on the deck or enjoy a late afternoon of peace and serenity on the screened porches.

"Mountain Joy" has privacy so you will have that feeling of being in a world of your own in a private mountain hideaway. Enjoy the stone, wood-burning fireplace in the fall or winter as you add another log to the crackling fire. Snuggle up with that special person or spend time making memories with family and friends.

"Mountain Joy" is a two level chink long cabin. There are three bedrooms (king and 2 queens) and two baths. The main level of "Mountain Joy" has a kitchen with a dishwasher, dining room and living room. Just off from the living room is a screened porch with a swing and rockers with a wonderful view of the mountains. There is also a nice table and chairs, a charcoal grill for afternoon grilling or an early morning breakfast. There are two bedrooms on this level with queens. This level also has a bathroom and a washer and dryer in the hall laundry area. The upstairs is an open loft with a king size bed, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Just outside the king bedroom is a screened porch.

Enjoy this beautiful cabin as you view the brilliant colors of the leaves in the fall, from rich red to blazing orange and gold as the trees show their colors. Visit many of the fall festivals that dot the area during October when the air is clean and crisp.

We are only 2 hours from the Atlanta Airport and 1 1/2 hour from Chattanooga, TN. We are located at the corner of US 76 and GA Hwy 5 North across from McDonald's.

Pets are welcome in some cabins...but ask first! There is a pet fee for all pet cabins!

We do not charge a cleaning fee but do secure all cabins with a security deposit and pet deposit.
