This ocean front resort has 7 pools and a 450 ft Lazy River just steps from our door. This newly remodeled condo is conveniently located on the first floor -- close to the beach, tennis courts, and pools. Sliding glass doors lead to the comfortable outside private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful Atlantic Ocean breezes.

The condo sleeps six. The two attractively decorated bedrooms include a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds. The second full bath is situated off the spacious living room, which includes a queen-size sofa/sleeper, a new comfortable recliner and a wet bar.

The fully equipped kitchen includes complete table settings for six, spices, paper towels and dishwasher. We also have all-new dining room furntiure.

Additional amenities include cable with a 27in TV in living room and a wall mounted set in the Master Bedroom, phones in Master Bedroom and Kitchen, wall mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms. We also have a new central air conditioning system and lighted ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

This condo is only two minutes from the ocean, tennis courts, a large (the largest oceanfront pool in Myrtle Beach) and small outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, and an exercise room. It is only a few steps away from the huge Lazy River.
