Blue Knob Vacation Rentals

The complex is complete with the snow ski resort, the golf course, &
the tubing park all onsite for year-round enjoyment. My villas
at The Blue Knob Resort & Country Club are in the largest & nicest
complex in the Allegheny Mountains, on top of Blue Knob Mountain. My
units are the best kept in the complex & have the nicest views. Each
has its own private balcony, with majestic, panoramic, breathtaking
views of the adjacent wildlife preserve, the ski resort, & the
surrounding valleys & countryside. Each unit has a full kitchen &
fireplace. While the villas each sleep up to 6 people, I have
several of them to accommodate larger parties. The condos are
truly "On Top of
Ole Smoky" & away from the crowds in a quiet, peaceful, private,
secure complex, but still convenient to everything, including
Hershey's Chocolate World, the Pennsylvania Dutch Amish Country,
Gettysburg National Park (site of the largest battle of the U.S.
Civil War Between the States), & President Dwight Eisenhower's farm.
There is ample parking at your doorstep. These are non-smoking
with no pets allowed, so it is comfortable, bright, & clean. You
will love the great family atmosphere. Great for couples,
honeymooners, retirees, snowbirds, young people, golfers, tennis
players, skiers, etc. Enjoy spectacular sunrises & sunsets as you
sip your favorite beverages from your own private balcony. Build you
a fire in your own fireplace for warm, cozy, romantic nights when it

here. In fact, there is so much to do you will want to stay a month
or more. Horseback riding, sightseeing, kayaking, canoeing, camping,
3 state parks, 14 covered bridges, gift shops, antique stores, flea
markets, art galleries, the best downhill & cross-country skiing you
will find anywhere with a vertical drop of 1000 feet, old country
churches, bakeries, woodworking, good ole downhome cooking, etc. One
of the nation's purest watersheds, authentic crafts & food from the
Pennsylvania Dutch Amish community. Enjoy the solitude of the
untamed hardwood forests. Escape from urban life. Enjoy a year-round
resort in a rustic, natural setting. Eat French cuisine with an
Alpine flair. Snowboarding like nowhere else in the entire mid-
Atlantic region. Average natural snowfall of more than 160 inches
annually, plus plenty more manmade snow. See world-famous Gravity

are heated indoor & outdoor swimming pools, indoor jacuzzi whirlpool
spas, saunas, steamroom, playground, video gameroom, meeting room,
conference center, locker rooms, laundries, large covered barbecue &
picnic area with grills for family gatherings, hiking & biking
trails, exercise room, clubhouse, suntanning area, tennis courts,
onsite golf course, restaurants, lounges, pro shop, gift shop, bike
shop, ski shop, tubing park, snow ski resort, etc. This is truly a
resort within a resort. Enjoy spring wildflowers, cool summers
(never above 80 degrees), fall colors, & winter snow from Halloween
to Easter annually. Abundant wildlife is present in the adjacent
preserve, including deer, bear, fox, raccoon, turkey, etc. Many
times you will find deer wandering up to your balcony in the native
hardwood forests.

I have flexible rates, based upon the season of the year, holiday
periods, etc. They range from $450 to $950 weekly, depending on the
season of the year. You get a full 8 days & 7 nites on all of my
weekly rentals. I also rent sometimes on a nitely or monthly basis,
& can be flexible in letting you stay 10 nites or more at the weekly
rates without having to pay for a full 2 weeks during some periods.
You save all cleaning fees, booking fees, linens charges, & high
sales & hotel/motel taxes by dealing directly with me as the owner
of the condos. Enjoy this year-round resort at reasonable rates
anytime. Ask about my all-inclusive plan that is tailored to meet
your needs. All linens & utensils are always furnished in my
rentals. Just bring your clothes & your toothbrush. If you need
accommodations for a larger party, or if you need other
accommodations in other mountain ski & golf or beach resort areas, I
can also get you other units as well. I will also consider trading
time in any of my rental units for time at other rentals you may
