CANCELLATION |

Cancellations
We will cancel your reservation and return your deposit if we receive notice of cancellation at least 15 days prior to your reservation. However, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.

We require 1/2 down to hold your reservation with the balance paid a week before check-in. |

We charge a $50.00 refundable cleaning/damage deposit/$100.00 if there is a pet, which will be returned within 30 days, if the house is left in the same condition as when rented. |

We can be sometimes flexible on weekly rates in the off season with a signed lease agreement. We give return guests, one night free with weekend rental.
