The property is adjacent to 80 acres of land-locked state forest, which provides even more frontage on the river, as well as another 52 private acres used by the lodge. Located just five minutes from the Village of Bellaire and 1.5 miles to Shanty Creek Resort.

The Lodge has 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, study/fly-tying room, wood burning fireplace, and an enormous dining room. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the others have two twin beds and a full-size bed respectively. Cedar Springs Lodge contains antiques and furnishings from a grand era. Beautiful wood floors, rich varnished bead board ceilings and walls give the lodge warmth and a sense of the way things were 80 years ago.
